Pricing and Payment

- Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or boutique order
- Modify or discontinue exclusive collections without prior notice
Shipping and Fragile Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. My Kiln Craft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs validation, or transit issues beyond our control. Because our products include delicate and fragile premium ceramics, we use specialized protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard crockery items in their original condition and protective packaging. Customized or bespoke studio commissions are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a claim:

- Provide photographic proof if the item arrived damaged in transit
- Receive a return or replacement authorization confirmation
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

My Kiln Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, handling, or breakage of our products. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product.
