Shipping Overview
At My Kiln Craft, every handcrafted ceramic piece is packaged with exceptional care using premium protective materials to ensure safe arrival. We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your curated dinnerware collection securely while maintaining the highest standards of fragile-item handling.
Order Processing
- Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke studio commissions may require additional production time before shipment.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. Domestic shipments generally arrive within 3–7 business days, while international deliveries may require 7–21 business days depending on customs processing and local courier services. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Fragile Packaging & Safe Delivery
Because our premium crockery and pottery collections are handcrafted and fragile, every order is packaged using reinforced boxes, protective foam inserts, cushioning materials, and break-safe wrapping. While we take every precaution to ensure safe transit, external shipping conditions remain beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping service. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed before your purchase is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.
International Shipping
We proudly ship our handcrafted collections to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local governmental charges that may apply upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, peak seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. My Kiln Craft is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been mishandled during transit, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photographs of the packaging and affected products so our quality assurance team can promptly arrange a replacement or eligible refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. My Kiln Craft cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
