Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Overview
At My Kiln Craft, each handcrafted ceramic piece is carefully prepared for shipment shortly after an order is placed. We understand that plans may change, and we offer order cancellations within the guidelines outlined below. Once production, packaging, or shipping has commenced, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
Cancellation Eligibility
- Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for packaging or shipment.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or bespoke ceramic collections cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Limited edition and final sale collections are not eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.
How to Request a Cancellation
- To request an order cancellation, please contact our concierge support team immediately.
- Email us at concierge@mykilncraft.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Our team will verify your order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
- If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipping, cancellation may not be approved.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your handcrafted dinnerware has been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the products after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, provided the items meet all return eligibility requirements.
Cancellation by My Kiln Craft
In rare circumstances, My Kiln Craft reserves the right to cancel an order due to payment authorization issues, inventory shortages, pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
Changes to Orders
If you wish to modify your shipping address, product selection, or order details after placing your order, please contact our concierge team immediately. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
